Cancellation Policy

Recurring Subscriptions: We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your recurring subscription with Esguys. This policy outlines the steps for canceling your subscription and preventing future charges.

How to Cancel Your Subscription:

Click the "Cancel Subscription" button: You can also cancel your subscription directly through your account settings. Simply log in to your account, navigate to the user who you want to cancel the subscription and click the "Cancel Subscription" button.
Contact Us: Please contact us directly to initiate the cancellation process.

Cancellation Processing: Once you have contacted us or submitted a cancellation request through your account, your subscription will be canceled at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for any future periods.
